Beautiful flat heel wedding shoe by Kate Spade. Natalia is the first flat we have offered by Kate Spade, and we could not have started with a more beautiful shoe. The rounded and nearly square toe is accented by small fabric rosettes with unfinished edging. It is hard to come by a gorgeous flat wedding shoe, and Kate Spade has taken this to the next level by adding a completely unique embellishment to a simplistic flat design. Natalia is made of white silk satin and is not recommended for dying. Available in sizes 6-10 and in white and ivory silk satin.
