All items purchased from MyGlassSlipper.com (excluding customized and clearance styles) may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first 30 days after your items are delivered to your door, not 30 days from the day you order. Returns received after the 30-day mark may be subject to a restocking fee.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
If your order does not arrive, MyGlassSlipper.com must be notified within 30 days from the day the items were shipped. If you do not notify MyGlassSlipper.com within 30 days that your order did not arrive, no refund or replacement will be available.
There are no restocking fees and you do not have to call for a return authorization. This policy applies to all orders of three pair of shoes or fewer. When returning four pair of shoes or more: If a customer returns more than three pair of shoes, there will be a $5.00 per pair re-stocking fee for each pair of shoes exceeding the three pair limit. There are no restocking fees for the first three pair of shoes and you do not have to call for a return authorization. There is no limit to the number of non-shoe items in an order.
Pack items in their boxes just as you received them and place in a cardboard shipping box. Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packaging will be subject to a restocking fee or refused based on the damage. Do not return items in only their shoe box. Items returned without cardboard protection will be subject to a restocking fee. Damaged or incomplete shoe boxes will result in a restocking fee.
Custom dyed and custom decorated shoes are not returnable or exchangeable. We recommend you try on your shoes first and then send them back to our warehouse to be dyed or decorated. Please review and fill out the Shoe Dye Agreement form prior to having shoes dyed. To learn more about the shoe decorating process click here.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item you purchased, simply fill out the return form (pink sheet) included with your order and ship the package to:

We do not require a return authorization number for U.S.returns. Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund or exchange. Your refund should appear in your account within three to five business days of receiving your email confirmation. For exchanges, any difference in price will be either charged or refunded to the credit card used on file unless requested otherwise. If the item you are exchanging for is discontinued or out of stock a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please feel free to contact us regarding availability.
International returns require a return authorization. To return any items from your international order, contact GlobalShopEx to begin the returns process. Once they have issued a return authorization you will return your item(s) directly to GlobalShopEx for processing. Do NOT send your return directly to MyGlassSlipper.com.
We cannot process exchanges for international orders. If you are shipping internationally and wish to exchange an item, please send the purchased item back to GlobalShopEx for a refund and place a new order online for the replacement item.
