time it takes to receive your items can vary anywhere
from just a few days to as long as three weeks.
If
the item(s) you have purchased are in stock, they
will ship the day after the order is received.
(Sometimes even the same day!) Please note that
even if a style is "Stocked at My Glass Slipper",
we may be temporarily sold out of your size and
the shoes would need to be ordered.
My Glass Slipper DOES NOT ship outside of the United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for UPS Ground service and must have packages shipped UPS 2nd Day. Additional charges will apply.
If
the item(s) are not in stock they must be ordered.
Once ordered, they take about one to two weeks
to arrive here. After they arrive here, they are
checked in and shipped out to you the same day. Expedited shipping is only available for products that are in stock. The item must first be delivered to My Glass Slipper before it can be shipped to you. Once the item is received at My Glass Slipper, it will shipped to you using the shipping method you select at the time of check out.
Attention: Last minute shoppers!
Please allow as much time in advance as possible to place your order. If you place your order with only a day or two to spare, something is bound to go wrong. Even a minor delay of a day or two could result in you not getting your shoes in time. So, if you are ordering your shoes at the last minute and there are only a few days to spare, you must call My Glass Slipper with the date you must have your order by. This way, your order can be flagged as high priority and we will confirm the proper shipping method is selected for your order to arrive in time.
