Three pair of shoes or fewer
All orders of three pair of shoes or fewer may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first 14 days. (Excluding sale items, of course) There are no restocking fees and you do not have to call for a return authorization. This policy applies to all orders of three pair of shoes or fewer. There is no limit to the number of non-shoe items in an order.
Four pair of shoes or more
If you are requesting more than three pair of shoes to be shipped on one order, all shoes being returned must be received back at My Glass Slipper within 7 days from the date the order was delivered. Failure to have the shoes back within 7 days will result in a $25 per pair restocking fee. Unfortunately this severe policy must be strictly enforced to ensure that the inventory is available to all customers shopping at My Glass Slipper.
Discounted Shoes
The Discounted Shoes found in the Sale Section may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Though we don’t offer refunds, we try to be very flexible regarding using your store credit. As long as you exchange the item for another item(s) that is more than $25.00, you will get a refund for the difference. For example, if you return a pair of shoes that were on sale for $200.00 and you exchange them for a pair of shoes that are $50.00, we will refund you the difference of $150.00
$15 Shoes - No returns or exchanges of any kind.
Exchanges - Shipping fees will automatically be charged on all exchanges.

All items are inspected for cleanliness and defects prior to being shipped. Shoes may not be returned if they have been worn outside, show any signs of wear, have become soiled, or have been dyed.

Any item* other than shoes may be returned
within the first 14 days for a refund
or credit. Items must be in original
packaging and in the same condition
they were shipped.
*There are no returns or exchanges on all panties or any other garment that has a thong.
